EXCHANGE + RETURNS

We want you to love your DOMANI+Co purchase. 

If for any reason your purchase is not quite right for you, you are welcome to return it back to us within 7 days of receiving your order.  No returns or exchanges on sale items. 

We have a very simple exchange policy: You may exchange your purchase or receive a credit provided the item is in its original condition/packaging. 

You may exchange your purchase or receive an in store credit provided the item is in its original condition/box/packaging, no exchange on sale items. Exchange offered within 7 days from date of purchase when receipt is presented. 

Our customer care team quality check all items, we reserve the right to assess the condition and age of all returned items and this may result in items not being accepted for return, exchange, refund or repair.

Q / How do I return my order?

In order to return your purchase, please return the item along with a note with your name and order number and reason for return inside the parcel.  

Please address your parcel to:

DOMANI+CO, PO BOX 835, Main Beach, QLD 4217.  

 

Q / What about return shipping costs? 

You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as LuckyLuLu take no responsibility in tracking your return. 

 

Q / I purchased the incorrect size, can I exchange it?

Yes exchange is offered within 7 days from date of purchase, provided the item is new and in it's original condition/box/packaging.

For online exchanges/returns, please contact us via email, at hello@domaniandco.com.au indicating your reason for returning the item.  Once your exchange has been authorised, you will be required to return item along with a pre paid postage bag to the following address:

For your protection, we advise that you send by registered or express post.

Credit note also available instead of exchange, once the item has been received, you will receive a credit note (valid for 3 months).
